7. Prayer Wall Submissions

The Pathway365 Prayer Wall allows visitors to submit prayer requests without creating an account.

By submitting a prayer request, you understand that the request may be reviewed and, if approved, publicly displayed on the Website.

By submitting a prayer request for publication, you grant Pathway365 a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, format, reproduce, edit for clarity or privacy, publish, display, and remove the request as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Prayer Wall.

Submitting a prayer request does not create a confidential, pastoral-counseling, professional, or legally privileged relationship between you and Pathway365.

I especially like this as Section 12 because it makes the public nature of the Prayer Wall unmistakable and gives Pathway365 important protection.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected.

This now accurately describes Pathway365: no registration, no user accounts, and only the Prayer Wall accepts user-submitted public content. Accuracy like this matters because Google prohibits concealing or misrepresenting the Website’s purpose or operation.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless Pathway365 and the other party agree to another lawful dispute-resolution method.
