Align Yourself With God’s Word Daily

Synonyms for God’s Word: Scripture, Bible, Gospel, Holy Bible, The Word, Holy Writ, sacred text, and The Bible,

My day is always better when I begin with reading the Bible. It consistently sets the tone for a perfect day. Whenever I’ve rushed through the morning and skipped my time in the Scripture, the day hasn’t been as fulfilling as those that started with it.

The Scripture that comes to mind is:

Hebrews 11:6 – KJV
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

It’s refreshing to know that when we make an effort to connect with the Lord, He faithfully fulfills His promises. Each day, when we wake up, put our complete faith in Him, and seek Him earnestly, the Scriptures are fulfilled as promised, and nothing that stands against us will succeed.

Isaiah 54:17 – KJV
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

In the Scripture above, God tells us that we are untouchable! You become untouchable when you align yourself with His Word. Reading the Bible creates a conflict with your flesh and produces a righteousness within you that transforms your heart, soul, and mind. This is the righteousness that God refers to in the above Scripture when He says, “Their righteousness is of me.” Righteousness is granted by Jesus when you call on Him and seek forgiveness for your sins. The second you call on Jesus is life-altering, which changes your heart, mind, and soul.

2 Corinthians 5:21 – KJV
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

The Scripture above indicates that Jesus became sin for us, even though He never committed any sin. Not only did He take on our sins, but we were also made the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.

Notice that the Scripture states that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

The phrase “might be” depends on whether or not you call on Jesus.

As stated in Romans 10:13 (KJV):
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

It is up to you to decide whether or not to call on Him.

I call on Him daily; this assures me that I am aligned with the Word. Remember, the Bible tells us that Jesus is The Word.

John 1:1 – KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Always call on Jesus and consistently read your Bible. This will keep you fully aligned with The Word of God, and when you are aligned with God’s Word, you are connected to an unbeatable force that knows no failure.

Mark 9:23 – KJV
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Thank you for reading. God bless you!
