Scripture Pictures #25 (Matthew 7:15)

Not everyone who looks harmless carries truth.

Wolves disguised among sheep representing Matthew 7:15 KJV about false prophets and spiritual deception

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

— Matthew 7:15 (KJV)

⭐ What This Reveals

Not everything
that sounds spiritual
comes from God.

Jesus warned clearly:

“Beware…”

That means
pay attention.

Discernment matters.

Because deception
rarely announces itself openly.

False prophets
do not appear dangerous
at first.

They wear
“sheep’s clothing.”

They look acceptable.
Convincing.
Comfortable.
Religious.

But appearances
can hide corruption.

“Inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

That means destruction
is beneath the surface.

This verse reminds us:

Truth is not measured
by charisma.

Not by popularity.

Not by emotion.

Truth is measured
by alignment with God’s Word.

A wolf may imitate the flock—

but eventually
its nature is revealed.

That is why believers
must stay rooted in Scripture.

Not every voice
deserves your trust.

And not every message
that sounds positive
leads toward Christ.

Discernment
is protection.
