There’s Power in the Name of Jesus
“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”

Your day should start and end with Jesus!
Whether you’re working, on vacation, or simply going about your daily routine, let everything you do be done in the name of Jesus. When you invoke His name in your actions, you unlock a power beyond measure. Jesus Christ knows no failure—He is the very definition of perfection.
When you wake up, start your day in the name of Jesus. When you brush your teeth, do it in His name. When you eat your meals, do it with thanksgiving in His name. Every task, no matter how small, becomes meaningful when done for Him.
If there is something in your life you need to change, you can overcome it in the name of Jesus. His name carries authority over every challenge, every habit, and every struggle.
There is nothing on earth worth pursuing unless it is done in alignment with His will. When you acknowledge Jesus in all you do and give thanks to God, you declare your faith that He is in control and that His work is already accomplished.
Let everything in your life be done in the name of Jesus!

2. Is there an area of your life where you need to start doing things in His name?
3. What changes might you notice in your attitude and actions when you begin each day by dedicating it to Jesus?
Prayer:
In the name of Jesus, I come before You, Heavenly Father, and I ask for forgiveness for the times I’ve done things and did not do them in the name of Jesus. I ask that the Holy Spirit reminds me daily to use Your precious Son’s name when I do anything. I believe that whatever I ask in His name, it will be done. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
